They have taken over my house

I have a serious problem with lodgers in my yard.

They arrived in 2012 and after a month they told me they were builders and that they could help me build a garage in my yard. But then a few items started disappearing and my late brother and tried to chase them away.

And these people are now threatening me with death and violence and want me to move out of he house. And when I showed them the title deed to prove ownership of the house, they threaten me.

They claim they bought the house from the Alberton municipal offices and that I should vacate the property. Now they have started breaking my windows with stones and they have also dug out the water supply pipes from the ground.

They have now started illegally connecting my electrical meter cable and Eskom is now threatening me with a warrant of arrest. They live in my backyard and they are always wearing prison officers, uniforms and they are threatening me with death.

I have opened numerous cases against them at the Palm Ridge Court and nothing has been done.
