Do we have to put up with this?

Week-ends and month-ends have become torture for communities in many townships around Kathorus.

Loud music from all-night parties thrown by most taverns on month-ends has become a health nightmare for the elderly. My sickly 88-year-old grandmother who can’t stand noise due to her nervous condition, dreads every month-end because of noise from a nearby tavern in our area.

I have tried to discuss the problem with the tavern owner without any success and my family and I are now considering taking legal action to protect ourselves from this selfish abuse by our inconsiderate neighbour. My problem is I am not sure if this is a civil or criminal matter?
