Thirty-minute meals: pasta with snap peas, basil and spinach

This is a great dish to make any time.

It is chock full of colourful ingredients, and you can make it in no time at all.

You will need:
* Coarse salt.
* Ground pepper.
* One packet of pasta.
* Three garlic cloves.
* 200 grams snap peas.
* 250 grams baby spinach.
* Half a cup fresh basil leaves.
* A third of a cup cream.
* 100 grams Parmesan.

What to do:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta and garlic for one minute less than package instructions. Add snap peas and cook 30 seconds. Add spinach and basil and stir once to wilt. Reserve half a cup pasta water, then drain.
Add cream to pot and heat over medium-high until bubbling. Return pasta mixture and a quarter cup pasta water to pot and cook, stirring for two minutes. Stir in Parmesan, if necessary add remaining pasta water to create a light sauce that coats pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
