Meat-free cooking gets a boost with celebrity chef

Celebrity chef Deena Naidoo showcases innovative meat-free cooking at Carnival City.

Celebrity chef Deena Naidoo will showcase innovative meat-free cooking at Carnival City’s Mardi Gras Theatre on March 25.

This is a must for vegetarians and anyone on the path towards reducing their meat intake.

Naidoo will demonstrate an array of exciting plant-based recipes while Dr Paul Palmer will present an insightful talk on healthy eating.

Attendees will also be treated to a delicious lunch courtesy of The Fry Family Food Co.

There is no charge to attend the informative demo, powered by The Fry Family Food Co.

Doors to the Mardi Gras will open at 10am.
