EFF members set alight Clicks Pharmacy at Lemon Tree Shopping Centre

Stores at Lemon Tree Shopping Centre  are currently operating as normal except for Clicks Pharmacy. 

EFF party members have set alight Clicks Pharmacy at Lemon Tree Shopping Centre in Alberton this Monday morning, September 7.

“The situation has been contained and we have been informed by the fire department that the sprinklers can be turned off. They are in the process of extracting the smoke from the building,” said Hendrik Jansen, landlord of Lemon Tree shopping centre.

Stores at Lemon Tree Shopping Centre  are currently operating as normal except for Clicks Pharmacy. 

No serious injuries have been reported during the incident, however, only one lady sustained minor injuries after she slipped on a wet floor.

Fox Medical Response team, CPS Security SAPS and the Ekurhuleni fire department are on scene.
