Angela shines at English Olympiad
Angela received a monetary prize, sponsored by the Grahamstown Foundation and the South African Council for English Education (SACEE), as well as an opportunity to be a candidate for a year's scholarship at Rhodes University.
St Andrew’s School for Girls recently congratulated all senior school learners who participated in the 2021 National English Olympiad.
A special mention was made for Angela Wang, who was placed 17th out of more than 4 400 entrants, many of who were high achievers enrolled at the 243 schools that participated in this year’s Olympiad.
