He fuses music with poetry by tackling issues through platforms beyond paper and a pen.

He has been in the entertainment space for more than a decade.

Also known to his fans as The Ghetto Priest, Khanyile is a versatile artist who switches between old school and new school music accompanied by his poetry.

He said in the EP two songs are more musical than poetical because he fused RNB with poetry.

“One of the songs is titled Malowe featuring Ntu2Go. It focuses on empowering women to find confidence in their own skin,” said Khanyile.

“We live in a world where young women go through a lot to stand out and be called beautiful. It’s important that we teach young women to love their own skin and be confident in it,” he said.

Early this year he released his promotional single titled The City of Johannesburg N Da Unwritten Letters (The City of Johannesburg and the Unwritten Letters) which forms part of the EP.

They encourage me to do more because they can relate to my content,” said Khanyile.

“I managed to bag a radio interview at Alex FM and Daily Sun where I promoted myself,” he said.
