The Buddhist compassion relief Tzu-Chi Foundation hosted its annual winter relief campaign last Sunday, across the road from the Primrose Police Station in Poppy Street. Residents from the Marathon, Makause and Delport informal settlements received food and clothing donations from the foundation.
