Enter and win tickets to the Hallgate Living Farmers Market and Spring Fair

The HERAUT has 10 double tickets up for grabs.

September 24 and 25 is going to be jam-packed with local produce and entertainment at the first annual Hallgate Living Farmers’ Market and Spring Fair.

The two-day event is a showcase of local farmers, bakers, makers, creatives, crafters, foodies and musicians.

At the family-orientated fair, you will be able to shop for fresh produce, baked, gifting, crafts and naturally made products.

The NPO approach to this initiative is to inspire, motivate, uplift and upskill the youth in the community through agriculture and embracing their creativity.

Nigel Pitout will be entertaining on both days, and the headline act on September 24 is Jaryd Smith.

There will be great food stalls and Swagga Breweries, with African Spirit Craft Brewery, fantastic stalls and a children’s area with a boot camp offered on September 24, and sand art and a jumping castle available on both days.

The community is invited to join the festivities from 08:00 to 19:00 on September 24 and from 08:00 to 16:00 on September 25. Tickets are available on Quicket from R30.

The event will be held at Plot 126 at the Hallgate Plots located on the R550, Devon Road in Nigel.
