Almac hosts Women’s Month event

The Almac Development Centre recently held a Women’s Month event to end the month on a high note.

“It was a great success,” said Jezel Esbend of the centre. “The ladies enjoyed it very much and we were inspired by the various motivational speakers.

“The main goal of the day was to motivate and empower women in business.”

The event had five motivational speakers, discussing topics such as women in business, working women in the community, marriage and growing up as a girl in South Africa.

After each motivational speaker, the attendants of the event could interact with each other.
The event ended with an open conversation about overall topics.
