Jordaan Park is getting ready for summer
Jordaan Park is a colourful sight to behold.
Spring has sprung and there are multiple colours to be seen on every street.
Community member Hugo de Koningh goes on a walk every day in the area and has noticed the difference.
De Koning said, “I love to see the vibrant colours of spring. It lets you feel there is a positive mood in the area and that makes me optimistic.”
The aloe colours are to be seen everywhere with green and orange. Clivias are sprouting new flowers, vygies are brightening up the area and roses are blooming.
Some fruit trees with either white or pink blossoms are decorating the pavements as well.
Beautiful colours and clean gardens are always a pleasure to behold.
