HEIDELBERG – SANBS held a blood drive at the Victorian Centre on March 30.
According to the SANBS, thousands of people would die every day if others did not donate their blood.
The decision to become a blood donor means you commit to participating in a vital community service, which ultimately improves the quality of life for many.
If you are between the ages of 16 and 65, weigh more than 50 kg and lead a sexually safe lifestyle, visit a donor centre or mobile blood drive and register as a blood donor.
