Members of the East Rand Woodworkers Association (ERWA) are rolling up their sleeves and preparing the lacquer varnish to kick off another year of creation.

The club’s next meeting will take place on February 21 (and every third Saturday of the month) at Leroy Merlin Greenstone (first-floor boardroom) from 09:30 to 12:00.

Whether you consider yourself a pro or are only just learning the ropes, everyone is welcome.

Topics and tutorials will be offered, including carpentry, cabinetry, turning, laser, CNC, 3D printing, carving, furniture, and more.

A monthly membership fee of R230 is payable, and guests are welcome to attend meetings free of charge.
