Angry residents gather at municipal bulding
Our original list has been altered.
Angry residents of ward three in Wesselton, Ermelo quietly gathered at the Msukaligwa Municipal building in protest of what they say is an altered list of people supposed to benefit from open land earmarked for human settlement at extension 5 near the Gert Sibande District Municipality.
According to them, they had a meeting with municipal officials last Tuesday where a list of people supposed to benefit was handed over to the municipal officials whom in a twist of events found out the list had been altered.
They peacefully waited under the trees as their delegation went in to discuss the matter with the officials.
