Municipality apologises for unplanned water outage
The municipality apologises for the water disruption.
Msukaligwa Municipality has conducted an investigation following the low water pressure on Wednesday (26 August) that affected Ext 1&2, Everest Park, Thusiville, Long Homes, Thembisa and Ermelo North.
The investigation indicated a burst 430 diameter pipe that supplies the above areas and repairs thereof have already started in earnest and is expected to be completed soon.
All resources are focused on minimizing the outage time. The municipality sincerely apologises for the disruption and requests consumers in the affected areas to be patient as effort is being made to restore within the shortest possible time. In the meantime, the municipality is delivering water through water tanks.
