The Department of Social Development in the Msukaligwa office requests information regarding Kwakhanya Langelihle Madonsela born on 26 July this year and found abandoned by her biological mother, Simphiwe Madonsela, at the Ermelo Provincial Hospital on 27 July.
The whereabouts of the child’s parents are unknown.
