Two men were found dead and two others injured in Enyibe after Ermelo Police responded to a complaint.
Police found 18-year-old Sithemba Mathew Zwane lying in the street near a tavern with a stab wound to the chest and an open wound to the forehead.
The police were alerted to a second body in a nearby house.
Police suspect a fight between two groups of males broke out, resulting in the fatalities.
Two males were taken to hospital and the police are investigating a case of murder.
