A 16-year-old girl from a farm in the Ermelo district has opened a rape case against her brother.

According to the Ermelo Police, the girl informed her mother that she had been raped repeatedly by her 23-year-old brother since July this year.
In another incident, a 12-year-old girl told her mother, who had been working night shift, that she had been raped last Saturday by an unknown man while the mother was at work.
Police are investigating.
