Chrissiesmeer police discover marijuana in stop and search

Police were patrolling the N17 Road and conducting stop and searches when they stopped a vehicle and found the drug with an estimated street value of R10 000. The suspects were taken into custody.

Ms Londiwe Mahlalela (26) and Ms Cindy Mahlalela (32) appeared in the Ermelo Magistrate’s Court on a charge of possession of marijuana.

However, they were released and the case was postponed for further investigation.
