NSC 2021 matric results: Westville Girls’ learner bags 8 distinctions

Sejal Dwarka advised the class of 2022 to trust in their capabilities and work hard.

WESTVILLE Girls’ High School (WGHS) learner, Sejal Dwarka was among the top achievers in KwaZulu-Natal province.

The school once again received a 100% pass rate and has maintained a 100% pass rate since 1991.

Dwarka said she was pleasantly surprised by her results.

“Seeing my results was a huge feeling of relief as I ended up doubting myself during the wait. I just took everything in small steps and tried not to let everything overwhelm me. I tried to do my very best and learnt from my past mistakes to improve myself last year.

“For the class of 2022, don’t doubt your capabilities and take one step at a time. As much as things may seem overwhelming, you will get through this if you do your best and work hard,” she said.

The 18-year-old plans to study medicine at the University of Pretoria.
