14 people injured in taxi/truck collision
14 taxi passengers have been injured after a collision with a truck.

14 people have been injured after a taxi and truck collided into one another on the N3 near Key Ridge this morning.
Both vehicles were travelling in the same direction when they collided. Paramedics arrived on scene to find that the vehicles ended up facing one another and two lanes were obstructed by the wrecks.
One woman was severely injured and she had sustained multiple broken bones as a result of the collision. Paramedics started stabilising her on scene and they called in the help of AER24 which then arrived on scene to airlift the injured woman to Edendale hospital for further care.
The remaining patients were all fortunate to have come out of the collision with only minor or moderate injuries and all 13 of them were treated according to their injuries on scene and were transported to hospitals in the vicinity by ambulance.
Traffic was severely affected in the are and was backed up to the Hammersdale exit.
