JOHN Wesley School in Pinetwon recently celebrated the launch of its brand new computer lab.
The school’s principal, Helen Birchall, and the former chairman of the board of governors, Mike Roberts cut the ribbon at the official opening of the Mike Roberts Computer Lab.
The new computer lab was named after Mike in appreciation of his dedicated service as chairman of the board of governors. He had been directly involved with many of the positive changes in the school during the past 10 years. “We are thrilled with the upgrade to our computer lab as it affords every pupil at John Wesley School access to a state-of-the-art computer with the latest software. This will ensure that our pupils get the best instruction in computer technology,” said Helen.
