SA Writers’ Circle needs a secretary
Have you got what it takes to join the SAWC's executive committee?
THE South African Writers’ Circle (SAWC) is in need of an honorary secretary to complete its executive committee.
This position would suit a retired person who can attend meetings once a month on a Saturday morning. He or she might be interested in writing, and/or have a love for the English language.

“The duties of the secretary are not onerous. He or she attends meetings, writes down all that goes on and then types them in an e-mail to send to the vice-chair,” said the SAWC’s chairman, Patrick Coyne.
There are no fees to pay, and there is free breakfast or coffee during the meeting. The meeting venue is at a restaurant in central Westville.
