THE Grade R learners at St Mary’s DSG, Kloof were excited to announce the new name for their Grade, the Little Saints.
Together with a few special Grade R helpers, the head of junior primary, Wendy Ross, drew the winner recently.

“Thank you to all those parents who entered the competition to name Grade R. We had a wonderful response and the name, Little Saints is overwhelmingly the winner. So to be fair and to choose who would win the JBL speaker prize, all the people’s names who suggested Little Saints were put into a lucky draw,” said Wendy.
“Congratulations to Roxanne Neff, in Grade 8, who won the JBL speaker prize.”
