EnviroServ’s Scheduled Activities Permit Application
Residents have until 21 April to submit their comments to both the eThekwini Municipality and EnviroServ.
RESIDENTS have until 21 April to submit their written representations regarding EnviroServ Waste Management’s Scheduled Activities Permit Application.
Notice was given that an application was made by EnviroServ Waste Management (Pty) Ltd in terms of Section 6(1) of the Scheduled Activities Bylaw to S. Nariandass of the eThekwini Municipality for authority for the authority to use 21 – 81 MR 461 Shongweni, Portion 36 and 37 Kirkfalls No 12227 for the purpose of waste material storing, treating processing, recycling/reclaiming and disposal.

l Residents wishing to object to or comment on the use of the premises for the aforementioned purposes can submit a written notice setting out their names, contact details, addresses and the grounds of their objection or comment with eThekwini and EnviroServ to:
