“You can either choose your race format or sponsor one of our runners who is running the full 4x4x48 for every 4km they complete. Please remember that 4km must be run every four hours after completing 4km, and regardless of how long it takes them to complete 4km, they will have to begin another 4km on the fourth hour. (In other words, an individual should run six times in a 24 hour period and 12 times in a 48 hour period.),” said the foundation.

The cost of entry is R100. Visit https://www.jff.org.za/ to sign up or make a donation.

“Donations are greatly appreciated, and any sponsorship or event-related inquiries can be sent to ashley.vh@live.co.za,” they said.

Use the hashtags #RAR and #runningagainstrape and tag @jesfoord so the foundation can share!

The deadline for entries is April 1, 2022.
