Car accident leaves elderly man with injuries

The man required Advanced Life Support assistance before being taken to a nearby hospital.

Emer-G-Med paramedics attended to a single motor vehicle accident on Kloof Falls Road in Kloof shortly after 19:00 on Sunday.

According to reports from the scene, a single light motor vehicle departed the roadway, leaving the driver, a 74-year-old man, with moderate injuries.

Before he was brought to a nearby hospital for additional care, he required Advanced Life Support assistance to stabilize him.

There has been no updates on the man’s current medical condition.
