SHOPPERS and staff of SUPERSPAR Knowles witnessed a special moment when Week 1 winner of a store competition, Christopher Mtshali, officially received his brand-new vehicle, a Hyundai Exter 1.2, on Saturday, April 25.

With the car proudly displayed at the store entrance and music drawing in customers, the sunny Pinetown morning set the perfect scene for celebrations.

Filled with excitement, Mtshali shared a heartfelt speech, reflecting on the moment he received the life-changing call.

“Initially I was in disbelief, the news slowly sank in and I am grateful for this opportunity.”

Mtshali, a loyal customer of SUPERSPAR Knowles for several years, also expressed his appreciation for the team, praising their consistent, friendly service and cleanliness as the reason he continues to shop there.

“I would like to say thank you to SPAR and all those involved. This win was completely unexpected. There’s no secret or magic to it, just swipe your SPAR Rewards card and you could be a winner, just like me,” he said.

Mtshali encouraged others to take part, reminding shoppers that anyone can still win as the campaign ends on May 10.
