Bread donation raises hope
A local Westmead church made a hearty donation to the Stockville residents on Mandela Day last Friday.
MOTALA Heights Christian Fellowship travelled to the Stockville area in Gillitts to deliver food and hope on Mandela Day.
Pastor Krish Govender and his team said they saw the need of the community and provided each of the residents who attended the event with a light finger lunch and a loaf of bread.
“The Motala Heights Christian Fellowship church goes out to the Stockville area to preach the gospel as well as provide food, clothing and anything that we have to assist the underprivileged communities,” said Krish.
