Pinetown Fantasia returns to Lahee Park

The Pinetown Fantasia management team promises to keep the noise level down this year, following last year's complaints.

Both events will start at 9am and finish at 8pm.

The event is sponsored by Vodacom,Toyota McCarthy Pinetown and Mobeni, Muscle and Fitness, Hooked up, Premier Foods and Super Spar Knowles centre.

On Saturday 9 August, the programme will involve sports such as soccer, rugby and aerobics.

“On Sunday there will be a music festival starting at 9am till 8pm.

“We hope that the B&Bs in the area will open their doors to do business with us as we expect people from outside the area who will join us as it will be a public holiday on Saturday.

“Management from the company has already booked a place closer to Lahee Park as we did last year.

Mengoe added that they have hired the services of the Pinetown Special Unit SAPS, who will provide extra security over and above their own private security.
