Watch: South African school war cry rakes in millions of views

A proud Curro Durbanville mom posted a video of the school's interschool war cry, which has gone viral, even getting Hollywood recognition.

South African schools’ war cries have over the years grabbed the attention of many, with Curro Durbanville being the latest to rake in millions of views – even from abroad.

Proud parent Tania Page’s Instagram video has garnered over 45 million views in the past three days. It was also shared to Hollywood star Jennifer Garner’s Instagram story.

She told the Good Things Guy that the response to the video has been ‘unbelievable’.

“I’m so happy to have played a part in showcasing Curro on a global scale. They do incredible work in education, and it’s amazing to see a school from Cape Town, South Africa, getting this kind of international attention,” Page told the publication.
