Hospice East Rand’s candles of remembrance launched
Hospice East Rand will host its annual Candles of Remembrance Ceremony virtually again this year for residents to pay tribute to lost loved ones in the safety and comfort of their home.
The end of the year is always a time for reflection.

During this time, we also remember our loved ones lost.
Hospice East Rand will host its annual Candles of Remembrance Ceremony virtually again this year to pay tribute to lost loved ones in the safety and comfort of their homes.
“We invite you to join us to honour your loved ones on December 4 from 17:00.
“We encourage and welcome our community members to light a candle at home and enjoy the event via our Facebook page.
“A link to the event will be shared on our Facebook page and website closer to the time. Keep a look out for it,” said Jonquil Siepman, marketing and media relations for Hospice East Rand.

“We also have our special Wall of Remembrance on our website.
“We invite residents to share a special message of hope, recall a happy memory, or offer encouragement to others when donating. These messages will be screened during the event as well.”
