A seminar on “toxic” relationships and how to get out of it will be held at Kempton Park Golf Club on July 23 and 24.

Past Sonja Michalski, who has been helping abuse victims since 1983, will lead the seminar and teach people how to handle being in an abusive relationship.

Victims of verbal, physical, emotional and psychological abuse are urged to attend the seminar.
