Potjiekos competition and flea-market

KOSMOS Racing Pigeon Club will host a flea-market and potjiekos competition at the club house in Blouvalk Avenue, Birch Acres, on November 1.

The potjiekos must be made at the club’s premises and the entry fee is R100.

There will be cash prizes for first, seconf and third places.

The event will start at 8am and judging will be at noon. After adjudication potjies must be handed over to the club and the contents will be sold as a fundraiser.

Flea-market stalls cost R100 and R20 extra if the club has to provide a table.
