Sport Hall of Fame comes to Carnival City
The Samsung South African Sport Hall of Fame comes to Carnival City from April 9-24.
Among the attractions will be the opportunity for visitors to test their skills with virtual simulators for golf, rugby and soccer.
Visitors will also get to meet and greet some of South Africa’s sporting greats from today and yesteryear, as well as have an exclusive look at what they can expect from the future permanent home of the South African Sport Hall of Fame at Sun City’s Entertainment Centre, which is currently being built.
Live sporting events will be broadcast on a big screen, including Super Rugby matches with celebrity guests such as Danie Gerber, Chester Williams, Derick Hougaard and more on April 9, 17 and 23.
The expo will be open from 11am to 8pm Sundays to Thursdays, and 10am to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. An entrance fee of R30 will apply to all guests over 12 years old.
