NORKEM Park SAPS on Friday and Saturday arrested six men who were found in possession of illegal substances.
According to Capt Lesibana Molokomme, spokesman for Norkem Park SAPS, four of the suspects were arrested on Friday in Norkem Park during routine police operations.
Upon being searched, police found the suspects had in their possession marijuana weighing 21 grams.
On Saturday Norkem Park SAPS arrested two more suspects, aged 19 and 26, who were found in possession of a white rock substance suspected to be Cat.
The arrests came after police were given a tip off by a community member who suspected there was a house at Sherfield Complex in Terenure that may be used for drugs.
Upon arrival at the home at around 3pm, police found the two suspects in possession of suspected Cat, weighing 33.63 grams with a street value of about R3 000.
