A Bonaero Park tenant was held hostage while the man pictured, along with another suspect, robbed his landlord’s home in February.
According to Kempton Park SAPS spokesman, Capt Jethro Mtshali, the man said he was asleep in the backroom where he stayed when two men managed to break his burglar bars and gained entry into his room.
“The robbers asked the man if he was home alone and he said yes. They checked around his room and took nothing. They then moved to the house and took him with them, still questioning if there was anyone home,” said Mtshali.
The robbers took valuables, including electronics, with an estimated value of R80 000 and fled in a white VW Golf.
