Missing teen friends found on South Coast

A man in his twenties has been taken into custody

THE two missing 15-year-olds, Klarrisa Pieterse and Bianca Heydenrich, were found in Margate last night.

According to an article published on the South Coast Herald website, the teenage girls were found unharmed by police in Manaba.

They were believed to have been together when they went missing on April 3 after they told their parents they were going to fetch clothes somewhere but did not tell their parents where.

“The police in Margate have informed us that the girls were found unharmed and have been taken to a place of safety before being returned back home,” said Capt Lesibana Molokomme, Norkem Park SAPS spokesman.

He added that a man in his 20s had been taken into custody, however, he had not been charged yet.
