Resident commends hospital staff

Local resident Ms Phumla Sithole said she recommends the Tembisa Hospital as the best hospital for Tembisan residents.

Ms Sithole said she was admitted to the hospital and she was given wonderful service.

“The treatment was super and I cannot close my mouth about it. I felt like I was being treated in a private hospital. All the staff were cooperative and responded when I needed them. I was not the only one given special treatment, all the patients in ward 11 received wonderful service,” she added.

Ms Sithole said that the Unit Manager was wonderful, as she did not stop checking on the patients.

“I wished I could break her into pieces for the other wards because of her service to the patients. It is not every public servant you see smiling at a patient. Some are not even passionate about their job. You can see some people are just there for the money and that is it,” said Ms Sithole.

Ms Sithole urges people to work with the staff at the Tembisa Hospital when they are admitted, to make things a little easier for the staff.

“I want to give credit to the cleaners who worked hard to keep the place clean. The staff in ward 11 were wonderful, I hope they keep up the good work,” she said.
