A woman who was offered a lift home by two strangers, one an 18-year-old teenager, was not prepared for what would happen next: she was instead taken to a home in Birchleigh North and raped by the two men.
According to Capt Lesibana Molokomme, spokesman for Norkem Park SAPS, the woman alleges the two men had offered her a lift home on Saturday at 1.10am.
“The victim managed to escape from the house and went straight to Norkem Park Police Station to report the rape,” Molokomme said.
The 18-year-old suspect was subsequently arrested on Strydom Street. The police are still searching for his accomplice.
