Centre seeks child’s parents

Ms Margaret Singo, a social worker at the centre, claims Seboe was abandoned by her mother when she was eight months old.

Ms Singo said the child was left with her paternal grandmother in Rabie Ridge on September 20, 2006.

Seboe was subsequently taken to the care association by the paternal grandmother.

“We are appealing for any information that could help us find the parents or family members of Seboe,” said Ms Singo.
