Athletes vying for top positions
The organiser of the Tembisa Trial Marathon, Sello 'Tembisa Express' Ramaloko, said big name athletes have already entered for the annual race to be held on Sunday.
The race will start at the Tembisa Golf Course, which is situated next to Ebuhleni Park.
Those who have not yet registered for the race can go to Meroko Gym in Tsenelong Section, or Setloana Primary School.
He is also calling on parents and residents to donate old running shoes and t-shirts before the race.
He said they would like to use the donated items to help children and athletes who are in need in Tembisa.
