The incident happened at around 2am. According to the Rabie Ridge SAPS spokesperson, Constable Jacob Nhlongo, the victim claimed he woke up and found his two computers with the monitors stolen.
“It is believed the suspects entered the house through the roof. On the same morning, the victim’s neighbour told him that she found two computers with the monitors outside and had kept them safe.
The victim identified the computers and phoned the police,” said Const Nhlongo.
A case of house breaking and theft was opened.
“Investigations are continuing and we are appealing for residents to come forward with information. No arrests have been made,” he said.
