Beach Party fever hits Tembisa
Well-known DJs are bracing themselves for the biggest beach party ever in Tembisa, when they grace the crowd on October 10.
Among the well-travelled DJs who will be performing on the day, are Mafikizolo, Micasa, DJShimza and DJ Khomza.
According to the head of events at Lettads Promotions and Events, Thabo Mokoena, they regard the party as a milestone, as it is the first event produced by the company.
“Lettads saw it fitting to present an opportunity to Bongane Lesley Nhleko, better known as DJ Khomza, to be the face of this event as he is one of the established and well-known DJs around the East Rand. Our partnership with him has been fruitful and progressive,” Mokoena told Tembisan.
He added that this event will not only bring fun and festivity to the youth of the East Rand, it also presents business opportunities.
“This promises to be a great event and the standard will be set high for all the following events, so we encourage all young and vibrant party goers to come and have a good time. Cooler boxes will be allowed at R50 from 3pm until 8pm, and security will be tight. We promise that your cars, phones and bags will be safe. The event starts at 3pm on Friday until 5am on Saturday,” he said.
Tickets are available at Computicket for those living outside Kempton Park or Tembisa.
If you live within the Tembisa/Kempton Park area, tickets are available at Dukes (Kempton), Caprivi (Tembisa) and Motswaledi Food Emporium (Tembisa).
