Two house-breakers caught red-handed

NORKEM Park police caught two suspects red handed with stolen goods worth R8 000 from a home on Meeu Street in Birch Acres on Tuesday last week.

According to Norkem Park SAPS spokesman, Capt Lesibana Molokomme, officers received a call from the complainant and rushed to the scene.

“The owner had received a call from her neighbour informing her there was a white vehicle parked at her gate, with people forcing it open. When police arrived, they found two suspects in possession of eight wooden doors and a four-plate stove,” said Molokomme.

The suspects, aged 25 and 41, will face charges of house breaking and theft and possession of stolen properties.
