Two men in their thirties were arrested in Bronkhorstspruit on Friday night after the naked body of a 47-year-old man was found in his Bredell home.
They were spotted driving the deceased man’s Mazda 3.
Capt Jethro Mtshali, Kempton Park SAPS spokesman, said officers found the victim’s clothing, cell phone, laptop and wallet in the suspects’ possession.
The victim was found in his bedroom. Mtshali said his genitals were bruised. It is believed he was strangled as there were scars around his neck.
The two will appear in Bronkhorstspruit Magistrate’s Court soon for possession of the stolen vehicle.
They would also appear in Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court facing charges of murder and housebreaking.
