Residents discover body
The Ivory Park SAPS is looking for the relatives of a man thought to be between the ages of 28 and 33, who's body was found next to the R562 near Tswelopele Extension and Ivory Park.
The body was discovered on Monday last week.
According to the Ivory Park SAPS communications officer, Warrant Officer Neldah Sekgobela, the body was discovered by community members in the morning.
“The SAPS was informed and on arrival, they found the body. The victim is dark in complexion and it is claimed there was a stab wound to the chest,” said W/O Sekgobela.
The Ivory Park SAPS is appealing to anyone who is looking for a missing relative to come forward for identification.
The body was taken to the Germiston mortuary.
