THREE men in their 20s didn’t think it was a problem to walk on one of Kempton’s main roads, carrying a stolen TV.
According to Kempton SAPS spokesman, Capt Jethro Mtshali, Const Rihandzu Maringe received a tip off about three suspicious men carrying an LCD TV on Pretoria Road on February 6 at about 2.45pm.
“He proceeded to where the suspects were seen and stopped to ask them a few questions regarding ownership of the television set and how they got it. The three men couldn’t account for the TV,” Mtshali said.
They will appear in court facing a charge of possession of suspected stolen goods.
