TWO teenagers were arrested in possession of dagga on Wednesday morning last week.
According to Norkem Park SAPS spokesman, Capt Lesibana Molokomme, the arrest was made during a stop and search operation conducted by the Tembisa cluster in partnership with Ekurhuleni Metro Police in Norkem Park from about 6am.
The two suspects, aged 16 and 18, were arrested after being found in possession of dagga with a street value of R430.
“The suspects were arrested along Umbumbulo Street, Birch Acres on their way to one of the schools around Norkem Park. It is suspected they have been selling to learners. They will be charged with possession of dagga,” said Molokomme.
