SAREL de Beer (62), who is accused of killing his son Jacques de Beer (39), briefly appeared in Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

The case was postponed until June 3 for further investigations.

De Beer senior, who allegedly shot and killed his son after an argument between the two on February 22, walked into the court just after 11.30am. He was wearing black pants and a checked shirt.

He was supported by a few family members.
